So I've been a bit slow on the posts lately, and it's time to come clean on the reason why! I've been fairly preoccupied with a cool new project I've been planning for months.

In the next few weeks (maybe!) I hope to have my new Dollmaker app up and running on the site. it's a fun little planned feature that will allow you to design your own custom 18" doll from a variety of basic options. There will be seven sculpts to choose from in light, medium, and dark skin tones, a number of hair and eye colors to customize them with, and hopefully a fair amount of hairstyles in short, medium, and long to make them truly unique.

These dolls won't be my usual hand-painted customs; those are still reserved for special requests or my own design whims. But the factory-painted versions can still be customized to look however you want them too, which will make them pretty special too!

I've been considering the idea for a long time and started developing it in the last few months, including getting help with professional programming and trying to get everything just right! There are still a few things to work out, but I'm truly hoping to have it available on the site before the end of the year.
